Structure with Soul is a quieter place for the thoughts that sit underneath my work.
I spend most of my working life behind the scenes of purpose-led businesses, helping alchemise ideas and vision into form. This is where I write about the things that stay with me afterwards - the patterns I notice, the questions I keep returning to, the ideas I’m still working through, and the places where business, intuition, creativity and being human inevitably meet.
Business is the anchor here but it isn’t the boundary.
I’m interested in structure and strategy, certainly, but also in capacity, creativity, visibility, intuition, identity, energy, self-trust, seasons of growth and what happens as both we and our businesses change.
Increasingly, I’m curious about the parts of business that are harder to put neatly into a spreadsheet or project management board: Human Design, business energetics, the Akashic Records, the relationship we have with the work we create, and what it means to listen to something beyond the loudest strategy in the room.
Some essays will come from things I’ve seen inside client businesses. Some will begin with something I’ve been exploring on the Soulful Strategies podcast and take the thought somewhere more personal. Others will simply begin because I can’t stop thinking about something.
I don’t expect every piece to arrive with a neat conclusion.

About Kathleen
Kathleen Amy is a Strategic Business Partner and Online Business Manager who has spent more than eight years working behind the scenes of purpose-led businesses, helping visionary founders bring ideas into form through strategy, systems, content and operations.
She holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Student Wellbeing, and has always been interested in people, patterns and the systems we move within. Her background has also included holistic doula work and birth photography, all of which has shaped the way she thinks about people, creativity, care and the environments we create around ourselves.
